We'd like to invite you to an open call interview/audition!
If you are interested in an acting position:
Attend one of our open calls for new staff. When you arrive, you will be asked to fill out an application to include an availability calendar. Please see our 2008 schedule for this year's show dates and times. You do not have to prepare any kind of scene or dialogue, just come, have fun and give us your best scream! No experience necessary. On show dates, we are prepared to provide costumes and make up.
If you are interviewing for event staff (non-acting) position:
Interviews are being held for the following staff positions; make up artists, line staff, ticket handlers, exit pollers and retail staff. These jobs are demanding and require fun and energetic individuals. When you arrive, you will=2 0be asked to fill out an application to include an availability calendar. Please see our 2008 schedule for this year's show dates and times. You do not have to bring anything. No experience necessary.
2008 Open Audition/Interview Dates and Times
- Wednesday, September 10th at 6:00 pm
- Sunday, September 14th at 4:00 pm
- Wednesday September 17th at 6:00 pm
- All interviews and auditions will be held at the Waukesha Expo Center. Enter gate 3 and drive as far back as you can go (until the asphalt ends).
- You do not need to make an appointment; first come, first auditioned/interviewed. Positions are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- A mandatory orientation for the acting staff is planned Saturday, September 20th from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm.
- A mandatory orientation and safety meeting for all non-acting staff is planned Thursday, September 18th at 6:00 pm.
- All staff will attend the dress rehearsal and emergency training on Saturday, September 27th starting at 5:00 pm.
